Lovin Mama Farm is a certified organic, no-till farm located in the Mohawk Hudson Valley region of Upstate New York. On just 2 acres of intensively managed land, along with a productive microgreens greenhouse, the farm grows over 250 varieties of specialty vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers.

With a focus on ecological balance, soil health, and community nourishment, Lovin Mama Farm produces nutrient-dense, flavorful, and visually stunning harvests using methods that prioritize both environmental and social responsibility. It’s a small-scale, high-yield approach that demonstrates what’s possible through thoughtful, regenerative farming. In addition to fresh produce and herbs, the farm also offers seasonal floral designs featuring blooms grown directly in its fields.

Meet Corinne Hansch and Matthew Leon: the farmers behind Lovin’ Mama Farm, a certified organic, no-till farm in the Mohawk–Hudson Valley of Upstate New York.

With over 15 years of experience, Corinne has founded multiple farms across the country and now leads much of the farm’s education, consulting, and floral design work. Matthew co-manages the farm’s operations and growth, bringing a grounded, hands-on approach. Together, they’ve built a thriving, regenerative farm known for its ecological integrity, year-round production, and deep commitment to nourishing both land and community.
